The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCAD LKE) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Pro-Quip Inc. for the below Support Equipment (SE) in support of the Brake Spring Component Test Stand (BSCTS) Pressure Transducer System:

- M12 x 1 (4-pin) Straight Plug to bare wires (P/N 615-150-2-1-2-25)

- M12 x 1 (4-pin) Straight Plug to bare wires (P/N 615-1000-2-1-2-25)

- M12 x 1 (4-pin) Straight Plug to bare wires (P/N 615-1500-2-1-2-25)

- M12 x 1 (4-pin) Straight Plug to bare wires (P/N 615-5000-2-1-2-25)

- 18ft (6-meter cable) with M12x1 4-pin connectors (P/N FS-6-4P)

- 18ft (6-meter cable) with M12x1 4-pin right-angle connectors (P/N FA-6-4P).

NoShok is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the BSCTS Pressure Transducer System parts listed above, and owns the proprietary technical data and drawings for this effort. However, NoShok does not sell in North America, and the only known approved authorized distributor that is capable of offering this equipment in North America is Pro-Quip.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) is mandatory for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
