(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR Part 13.5 and additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) Solicitation number 140R2024Q0042 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02, as of January 22, 2024.

(iv) This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 334513 and the size standard is 750 employees.

(v) The blanket purchase agreement (BPA) line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package.

(vi) This requirement is for Opto 22 automated controllers and related components BPA in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.

(vii) Period of Performance: March 1, 2024 to February 28, 2029.

(viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The quote package will consist of the vendor¿s pricing information.

(ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Refer to this provision for information.

(x) The provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.

(xi) The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. There are not any addenda to this clause.

(xii) The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The applicable clauses cited within this clause are indicated in the solicitation package.

(xiii) All additional contract clauses and provisions are included in the attached solicitation package.

(xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) do not apply to this acquisition.
