NUWCDIVNPT Code 85, Warhead Expansion Box (WEB) and Cables Production

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport, RI intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, five (5) year, C-Type production contract on a full and open basis for the fabrication, assembly, testing, certification, and delivery of WEB Kits and WEB Cable Kits in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW).

This procurement will be processed using FAR Part 15. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334418 - Printed Circuit Assembly (Electronic Assembly) Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 750 employees. This procurement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office for Small Business Programs and the Small Business Procurement Center Representative.

Solicitation N6660424R0110 is anticipated to be released on or about 24 January 2024. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be established in the solicitation. Technical proposals are required. Award will be made to a responsible Offeror who pass all Pass/Fail requirements of the solicitation, whose proposal conforms to the solicitation requirements, and proposal that is determined to provide value to the Government in accordance with the factors listed in the solicitation. The specific evaluation criteria will be outlined in the solicitation. All timely offers will be considered. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the SAM.gov website. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for monitoring the site for any amendments.
