This is a pre-solicitation notice for informational purposes to notify industry of an upcoming solicitation. This is NOT a solicitation or request for proposals and no proposals will be accepted or considered.

Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA 18466, has a requirement for Boiler and Water Treatment Services, specifcally maintenance and repair of existing Government equipment throughout Tobyhanna Army Depot. The construction services necessary to complete this work and associated contract requirements include providing all insurance, licenses, permits, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and management. See Attachment 1 - DRAFT PWS (included with this notice) for a full description of the required services.

The Government is anticipating award of 3 year contract, with 1 base year and 2 options years. The solicitation and any resultant contract will include an additional 6 month option IAW FAR Clause 52.217-8.

The Government anticipates solicitation will be issued on or about 10 Jan 2024. Solicitation and all accompanying documents will be posted in the same manner as this notice, at SAM.gov.

This requirement will be 100% set-aside for small business. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811310 – Size Standard $7,500,000.00.
