Request for Quote to carry out the “Restoration works at La Maison (USGR)”

The U.S. Consulate General, Chennai invites you to participate in this solicitation to carry out “Restoration works at La Maison house (USGR)”, as described in the attached solicitation documents.

The vendor shall furnish all the information required to accomplish all the work as required in the solicitation document. Please refer to the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) letter herewith for details. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered.

• Registration for Site Inspection: Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at 12:00 noon (IST) to ChennaiProcurementFSNS@state.gov

• Mandatory Site Inspection: Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. (IST) at La Maison house (U.S. Govt Residence) located at No.6, Turnbulls road extension, Nandanam, Chennai 600 035.

• Deadline for questions: Friday, December 29, 2023 by 12:00 Noon (IST) to DudteMJ@state.gov cc to ChennaiProcurementFSNS@state.gov

• Deadline for RFQ Submittal: Friday, January 05, 2024 by 5:00 P.M. (IST) to DudteMJ@state.gov cc to ChennaiProcurementFSNS@state.gov

• Consulate reserves the right to cancel entire or part of this solicitation at any time.
• This solicitation is mainly intended for local vendors as vendors’ participation is required in mandatory site inspection.
• Vendor must have service support availability in Chennai, India [Mandatory].
