The U. S. International Trade Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Leadership Connect-1667 K St NW #801, Washington, DC 20006, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This requirement is for a subscription to Leadership Connect (formerly Leadership Directories and Yellow Books). Leadership Connect provides access to a database/platform that gives USITCS clients access to an organizational support team which includes networking software, directories, public and entrusted relationships to those who are aiming to build connections. Leadership Connect empowers Commission staff with sub-level contact information for other federal agencies, association leaders and company government liaisons. The combined federal, state, local government, Congress, Non-profits, Courts, News Media, Law firms, Lobby groups and Companies makes Leadership Connect a uniquely suited tool for Commission work. No peer equivalent identified. There are no other products or services that offer the same or similar subscription services required by the Commission. The period of performance is one year: January 1, 2024, and ends December 31, 2024, with 1 12-month option period ending December 31, 2025

However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
