The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source award to MJL Enterprises, LLC to acquire the Mamava-brand Mobile Lactation Suite XL for the Greenville VA Health Care Center (GHCC) as a part of the Durham VA Medical Center located at 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC, 27705. Mamava XL Suite is the only lactation pod that meets the accessibility standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). In addition, other VAMC facilities within VISN 6 have also purchased Mamava XL lactation pods and GHCC is seeking to maintain consistency of service by acquiring the same brand and product. Mamava lactation suites are only available Open Market directly from Mamava, and through GSA Advantage, via their SDVOSB partner, MJL Enterprises. Accordingly, MJL Enterprises is the only GSA contractor capable of providing this product. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted.
