Services should include test offerings spanning both solid and hematological malignancies using methods such as next generation sequencing (NGS) panels, NGS comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) as well as complementary tests to support NGS such as immunohistochemistry (IHC) and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) for biomarkers such as PD-L1, MMR, HER2. all used to guide clinical care for Veterans with cancer. All services provided shall be in accordance with the costs, terms, and conditions of this contract .
