The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The purpose of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research to determine if this effort can be successfully competed through full and open competition or whether a set-aside is appropriate. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all large and small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran- Owned, HubZone, and Women-Owned small business concerns.
The Medical Readiness Contracting Office, West (MRCO-W) JBSA, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is seeking potential sources to provide three (3) dedicated non-invasive BIPAP/CPAP (bilevel positive airway pressure/continuous positive airway pressure) ventilators with trolley and accessories. Units must be capable of high-flow oxygen therapy as well as support invasive ventilation for patients of the Brook Army Medical Center (BAMC), JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
