This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes a solicitation only; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offeror quotes shall be evaluated under FAR 13.1062(b) – Evaluation of Quotations or Offers. Therefore, the Government is not obligated to determine a competitive range, conduct discussions with all contractors, solicit final revised quotes, and use other techniques associated with FAR Part 15. Award will be based upon the overall best value to the government that meets all technical specifications as below with price being considered:

Quantity: (1) Containment Pad System used for containing spillage from Heavy Expanded Mobile Tactical Truck Refueler. The Pad System must contain ramps on both ends to allow entry/exit; four drain ports, 1 ball valve, steel filter box, trilinear side walls, 62mil fiberglass protective coating, filter box, ball valve, and drain plugs.

This solicitation, W91243-24-Q-P004 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06.

This solicitation is being set-aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 5680 with a size standard of 500 employees.
