Item Number 3 – QTY: 700 Yards (delivered in 2 equally split deliveries of 350 Yards, December 2023, March 2024), (P/N: L6150) 1582 38" F155-5:38%_Specification: BMS8-79/Rev AE (4-8-05)/Cl III/Sty 1582

Item Number 4 – QTY: 500 Yards (delivered in December 2023), (P/N: L5161) 1543 38" F155-5:37%_Specification: BMS8-79/Rev AE (4-8-05)/Cl III/Sty 1543

Item Number 5 - QTY: 900 Yards (delivered in March 2024) 7781GL/3501-5A;36%;301AW;50" per specification ST0130LB0010

Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Analysis supplied to BMS8-79/Rev AE line item for every batch or ST0130LB0010 line item for every batch and provide report for every shipment.

All shipments must include product shelf life, date of shipment & date of manufacture information. All products shall have 85% shelf-life remaining upon arrival at Tinker AFB.

All material to be shipped frozen below 0 degrees Fahrenheit with dry ice and 2 temperature logging monitor devices per box.
