Special Notice – Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement

The Tennessee Air National Guard, located in Memphis Tennessee intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to T-Mobile USA, Inc. The vendor will provide thirty-eight (38) Cellular Phones and five Mobile Hot Spots to the Memphis Air National Guard Base, 4593 Swinnea Rd. Memphis TN 38118.

The requirement will be sole sourced to T-Mobile USA, Inc. in order to provide continuity for mission essential communications and on demand access to secure messaging.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (1) "soliciting from a single source." The NAICS code is 517112 and has a size standard of 1,500 employees for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 8:00 a.m. CDT, 31 October 2023 to: 164.AW.MSC.ORG@US.AF.MIL . Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
