The Columbia-Pacific Northwest Region of the Bureau of Reclamation is conducting market research for a Firm-Fixed Price order for Vault Toilets and Shower Trailer pumping services.

The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of Contractors that have experience and can provide mentioned services for the Bureau of Reclamation located at Grand Coulee Power Office in Grand Coulee, WA. Reclamation intends to award one firm-fixed price purchase order. The purchase order will be for one-year base period, and four one-year option periods.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562991, Septic Tank and Related Services. The small business standard size is 9.0 million.

Potential offerors having the capabilities necessary to meet the needs of the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement. The capability statements must include the following:

1. Company name and Point of Contact information
2. Unique Entity Identifier
3. Small Business Size/Certification (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.)
4. Description of capability to perform septic pumping service
5. Past performance/experience on contracts of similar sizes

Note: If submitting past performance/experience on a project in the role of a subcontractor, include the primary contractors name and quantifiable amount(percentage) of the project your company contributed to the overall scope of work.

All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition.
