Shore Forces Enterprise Industry Day & Call for Demonstrations (Virtual)

The U.S. Coast Guard Shore Forces Enterprise Industry Day virtual event on 05-06 December 2023. This virtual event is an alternative to in-person networking and collaboration between industry and the Coast Guard. As part of continuing market research, the U.S. Coast Guard is requesting interested Industry parties to provide a demonstration that highlights capabilities to support CG Command Centers.

BACKGROUND:

The Coast Guard is seeking vendors capable of providing solutions for the below listed focus areas. Additional descriptions for these focus areas are provided within the vendor intake form.

1. Sensor-to-System Interface

2. System-to-System Interface (Response Chain)

3. Human-to-System Interface

The target audience are vendors doing business under NAICS 541715 who are interested in learning and pursuing solutions for the U.S. Coast Guard. In preparation for this event, vendors must provide information about their company and identify if their firm is requesting an opportunity to provide a demonstration or participate as an attendee. There is no fee to participate in this event. All expenses are at Industry discretion. The Government will not provide any funding for participation.

You will hear from Government experts on the current challenges that the Coast Guard Shore Forces are facing. Selected vendors willing to provide a demonstration may share how their solution(s) could address all or some of the focus areas. This event will provide the opportunity to network with your industry peers, Coast Guard representatives, and an opportunity for interested selected vendors to provide the Government a demonstration.

DEMONSTRATION INFORMATION:

• Virtual. To reduce logistical constraints, the Government has elected to conduct Demonstrations virtually via MS Teams, the Government will provide the link under separate correspondence.
• Details on your specific Demonstration (date, time, virtual links, etc.) will be communicated individually after the Government has collected and reviewed all responses. Between the dates of 1-7 November 2023, the Government will coordinate with those vendors offering Demonstrations.
• While the Government is making accommodations to maximize attendance and demonstrations, slots are limited. Government will confirm attendees no later than November 7, 2023.

Information obtained from vendors during demonstrations are for market research purposes only and will not be considered in any future source selection award decisions.
