This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number HQC00423Q0005 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02 dated 03/16/2023. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a 100% woman-owned small business set-side. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 333310 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees.

Description of Requirement: Deliver upright vacuum cleaners and wet/dry vacuum cleaners to the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) stores located in CONUS, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. However, for Puerto Rico location only, the contractor would only be responsible for preparation for overseas shipment and delivery to the port located at MDV/SpartanNash; 1187 Azalea Garden Road; Norfolk, VA 23502. Delivery is required within 45 days after receipt of the delivery order.

This combined synopsis/solicitation is expected to result in the award of an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. In accordance with FAR 17.202, the award will include option periods.
