The purpose of this sources sought is to identify commercial capabilities for tailored seminar on China and the Indo-Pacific theater to take place on March 2, 2024 from 0800-1630 at the Tacoma Convention Center, in Tacoma, WA. Seminar should incorporate impacts of our State Partnerships with Thailand and Malaysia and include a diverse panel of experts with a wealth of knowledge and experience in domestic and international politics, economy, law and society, foreign policy, national defense, and strategy such as former diplomats, congressmen, and senior White House officials. The company should have at least 40 years of experience in building these types of seminars and experience building seminars for diverse military audiences. Due to the political neutrality of our military audience, the seminar should be non-partisan.
