The government is seeking capable and interested businesses that provide power substation maintenance. Please see a description of services below:

The Contractor shall furnish all parts, consumables, labor, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide scheduled, preventive, and predictive diagnostic maintenance services for two (2) substations that are connected to the 115 kV transmission and 13.2 kV distribution systems respectively, located at Fairchild Air Force Base (FAFB). The goal is to ensure high confidence levels in electrical service required for the entire installation. The contractor is primarily responsible for performing preventative maintenance on FAFB substations, as described in a Performance Work Statement which will be available at time of solicitation. The contractor shall be fully responsible for compliance with all base, local, state, and Federal environmental/occupational safety laws, rules, and regulations to include NFPA, OSHA, and UFC. The contractor shall follow life and safety codes and take necessary actions to avoid conditions which may be hazardous to the health and safety of base personnel.

Pricing information is not being requested at this time. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties shall be required to respond to the resultant solicitation separately from their response to this sources sought notice. A responsible potential source shall have registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).

Interested contractors shall provide their business category (small or large). The response should be one page providing the following information: business name and address, CAGE code or DUNS number, size classification, socioeconomic classification based on NAICS size standard, and a point of contact. Additionally, include a one-page attachment outlining the companys product capabilities and evidence of your company’s experience providing the required part to include; contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, and points of contact.
