The Government intends to award a single requirements contract for the purchase of spares for the C-5 Nut Drive Manifold as utilized on the USAF C-5 Galaxy transport aircraft. The proposed acquisition will be awarded utilizing full and open competition among all responsible sources. Pre-Award Source Qualification is required in accordance with FAR 9.205. There will also be a First Article Requirement. Source Qualification Statement previously published under special notice ID SPRWA12300046 (https://sam.gov/opp/ecc6fc2250c041b59da87c3b4713d934/view) applies.

This will be for a firm-fixed price contract with a basic 12-month ordering period and 4 additional 12-month ordering periods, for best estimated quantities as follows:

First Article Requirement: QTY - 2 EA

Basic Ordering Period: BEQ - 29 EA

Ordering Period I: BEQ - 1 EA

Ordering Period II: BEQ - 1 EA

Ordering Period III: BEQ - 1 EA

Ordering Period IV: BEQ - 1 EA

The proposed acquisition will be awarded to a qualified source. Detail data/drawings/schematics or any other releasable technical data will be available within the solicitation. To obtain copies of the bidset documents, an interested vendor must be registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP). Interested venders should request access via SAM.gov.
