The purpose of this announcement is to synopsize the upcoming release of the solicitation for Bureau of Land Management Western Oregon Wildlife Surveys Multiple-Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract (BLM Western OR Wildlife Surveys IDIQ) for Red Tree Vole, Northern Spotted Owl, and Marbled Murrelet wildlife surveys on Western Oregon BLM districts, including, Coos Bay District, Lakeview District, Medford District, Northwest Oregon District, and Roseburg District.

The proposed contract type is anticipated to be a multiple-award IDIQ contract, with a five-year ordering period. The anticipated ceiling of the IDIQ is $18M. Task Orders are anticipated to be issued as firm-fixed-price. The IDIQ solicitation will be set-up in a way where vendors won’t have to propose for all survey types nor all BLM districts.

This Notice is relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541990, All other professional, scientific and technical services. The Small Business size standard for NAICS 541990 is $19.5M. This will be a 100% small-business set-aside, solicitation number 140L4324R0002.

This is a synopsis only for BLM Western OR Wildlife Surveys IDIQ, anticipated within 15 days of this synopsis. Proposals are anticipated to be required within 30 days of solicitation posting. The timeline provided in the synopsis is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. BLM has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and release of this synopsis should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought.
