This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in
Subpart 12.6 – Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in
conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will
not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) number SP7000-23-Q-1086.
This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)
2023-05 effective 07 September 2023, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement
(DFARS) DPN 20230817 edition, and Defense Logistics Acquisition Directive (DLAD) Current to
Revision 5, and PROCLTR 2023-09 effective 30 May 2023.
The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate
with Only One Source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). All responsible sources may submit
quotations which shall be considered by the agency.
This acquisition is not set-aside for small business. The associated North American Industrial
Classification System (NAICS) code is 532420.
DCSO-P New Cumberland has a requirement to lease 18 multi-functional devices with associated
maintenance.
Period of Performance:
Base Period: 01 October 2023 – 30 September 2024 (12 months)
Option Period 1: 01 October 2024 – 31 January 2025 (4 months)
Option Period 2: 01 February 2025 – 28 February 2025 (1 month)
Option Period 3: 01 March 2025 – 31 March 2025 (1 month)
Option Period 4: 01 April 2025 – 30 April 2025 (1 month)
Option Period 5: 01 May 2025 – 31 May 2025 (1 month)
