Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Contracting Department intends to procure Hepa Filters for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

It is anticipated that a commercial, Firm Fixed-price Supply Contract will be awarded. Solicitation N4523A-23-Q-4090 will be posted to the sam.gov website on or about 23 August 2023 with the quotes due on or about 25 August 2023.

All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by NAVSEA. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to http://www.sam.gov.
