Presolicitation Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K0223Q0154

Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0223Q0154 to Stryker Sales LLC, in the amount of $204,252.46 for follow-on Base +2 years, PM Services for Endoscopes at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. This service is proprietary by the OEM Stryker Sales LLC, third parties not authorized under warranty provisions to repair or provide maintenance services according to a signed company letter.

This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
