1. Extend the Bid Due Date from Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Central Time to Thursday, August 24, 2022 at 1:00 PM Central Time.
2. Update Section 00 21 00 "Instructions to Bidders" as follows:
   1. Paragraph 1.13 "Public Opening of Bids" has been modified to extend the date of the Bid Opening,
   2. Paragraph 5.0 "Bid Submission" has been modified to replace PIEE bid submission instructions with email submission instructions,
3. "Summary of Changes" has been added to Section 00 21 00, Instructions to Bidders
4. FAR 52.252-3, Alterations in Solicitation, has been updated.
