On or about 6 September 2023, Government intends to issue a solicitation for "Lift Station Repairs at Williston Resource Office". The solicitation will close on or about 20 September 2023. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses.

Site Visit:
A formal Site Visit will not be scheduled; however. offerers are invited to arrange their own site visit if they would like to inspect the site where work will be prformed. Ingormation regarding who to contact to arrange for a site visit will be included in the solicitation.

Project Description:
Work will consist of removing the old Simplex lift station components including wet well cover with hatch, vent pipe, pump, guide rail system, valves, pipe, floats and control panel. The contractor will be responsible for disposal per all state and federal laws. The contractor will also be responsible for removal and cleaning of sewage that cant be pumped out. The wet well base, barrel, inlets and outlets to be reused. New components of the system should include pump, stainless steel guide rail system, stainless steel lifting chain, concrete cover with hatch and vent pipe, valves, pipe, floats and control panel.

Estimated Construction Costs:
The estimated construction cost of this project is less than $45,000.
