Period of performance: 10/01/2023-09/30/2024 base with the provision of two (2) option years. Basic description of the requirement: Olympus America, Inc. is the only vendor capable of Leasing Olympus Bronchoscopes and performing service and preventative maintenance for all the leased equipment. Olympus America Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and sole authorized distributor of equipment, software and provider of maintenance, support and leasing of all items described below.
