The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Memphis, TN, intends to issue solicitation 15B11123Q00000025 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE (BREAD). This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set‑aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311999. Delivery dates will begin October 1, 2023, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Memphis, 1101 John A. Denie Rd., Memphis, TN 38134. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on price related factors and past performance per FAR 13.106-2(b)(3).
