a. Description: Elevator Maintenance consisting of the services on elevators as specified in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Appendix A Estimated Workload on pages 7 - 9 of the PWS.

The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, supervision, management, licenses, supplies, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform Quarterly Preventive Maintenance Service, including repairs, TUEV Inspections, (Technischer Überwachungs Verein/Technical Inspection Agency)” and Maintenance on the Heat and Smoke Vents of elevators in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) on elevators at Spangdahlem Air Base / Germany.

b. Inspection details: Quarterly preventive maintenance, Annual TUEV inspection, inspection and maintenance of Heat & Smoke Vents as well as emergency services and unscheduled repairs. Maintenance shall begin in the first month after contract award.

Upon notification by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) the contractor shall perform emergency services within two (2) hours after notification.

c. Place of Performance: All elevators are located at U.S. Air Base, Spangdahlem Air Base / Germany.

d. Anticipated Period of Performance: It is anticipated to award a contract for one (1) Basic and four (4) Option Years - this is subject to change.

e. The response to this notice is limited to 10 pages and shall include the Firm name, Cage Code, UEI, SAM expiration date, address, Point of Contact, Phone number and e-mail address.

f. The interested vendor shall provide proof of capablility to successfully execute contracts of similar nature. Provide examples of your capability to successfully execute contracts of similar nature by detailing comparable work performed with a brief description of a minimum of three previous projects that are similar, performed in the last five years. Include customer name, timelines of performance, type of work, dollar value of the project and percentage and type of work that was self-performed.
