Intent to Sole-Source:
USU intends to award on a sole source basis with MYJOVE Corporation for one (1) 12-month period for the procurement of follow-on support and access to MYJOVE Corporation Journal of Visualized Experiments Software for USU’s Library Research Center (LRC).

Sole Source Justification
MYJOVE Corporation is the only responsible source that is capable of meeting the Government’s requirements to provide Journal of Visualized Experiments to support USU’s LRC. Journal of Visualized Experiments is a platform that provides a library of over 17,000
videos of experimental techniques from the basic to the advanced in over 30 different subjects. Therefore, MYJOVE Corporation is the only known source that can provide the requested Journal of Visualized Experiments and related services. This requirement will be procured in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). In accordance with 5.207(c)(16)(i), all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Responses to this notice must
demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and that the interested potential Offeror can meet the needs of the Government as stated above. Information received will be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
