This Sources Sought is for information and planning purposes only and is NOT a solicitation, obligation or commitment by the Great Plains Area Indian Health Service. This notice is intended strictly for Market Research to identify an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for: short term, Optometrist Services in Sisseton South Dakota.

The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge or potential, qualified sources and their size classification, and socioeconomic status.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is: 561320 Temporary Help Services. Refer to attached Statement of Work for required services.

This Sources Sought is primarily to locate Indian Economic Enterprises, but to also identify any Small Business that may fulfil the requirements.

THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This is a request for capability information and does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Federal Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements.

BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE under 25 U.S.C. § 47, Buy-Indian Act, OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
