This action requests pricing be provided on two models of weapon cabinets broken down as indicated below. There are three shipping locations so pricing is to also be broken down by the specific area also as designated below. ONLY ONE MODEL TYPE WILL BE PURCHASED FOR THE SITES.

WEAPON STORAGE SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

• Storage compartments will be located at Artesia NM, Charleston SC, and Cheltenham MD Commercial Access Control Points (ACPs).
• Outdoor rated compartment storage with a minimum of eight (8) 6” x 10” small compartments.
• Each compartment shall have a lock with a Master # 1714 zinc plated snap lock, or equivalent.
• Compartment container shall have a base or pedestal with holes that can be bolted to the ground/concrete.

In response to this combined notice, vendors must include the following:

1. Provide quote broken down as depicted above for all products, or equal. The submitted quote must include vendor name, complete address, phone number, and SAM Unique Entity Identification (UEI) Number. Vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov to receive an award.

2. Brochure/picture/description of product being quoted if other than product requested. Products offered must be USA manufactured products.
