This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a Request for Quote (RFQ) is being requested. Solicitation Number: 36C26323Q0983 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 dated 06/02/2023 This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) entities. At the time of submission of offer and prior to award, the offeror shall be listed as verified in the SBA VetCert database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov and verified and active as a Small Business in the System for Award Management (SAM) reflecting 621512 Diagnostic Imaging Centers with a small business size standard of $19.0 Million. The PSC Code is Q522 Medical Radiology. The VA anticipates the award of one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Mobile MRI Services to support the Minneapolis MN VA Health Care System located at One Veterans Way, Minneapolis MN 55417. The period of performance is from October 15, 2023, to October 14, 2024, and includes two (2) one year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the government. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OPTION PERIODS WILL BE EXERCISED. The intent of this contract is to supplement MRI services until construction of a new department is finished at the Minneapolis MN VA Hospital.
