The 355 CONS is conducting a Sources Sought for Contractor Capabilities to provide scheduled and out of cycle maintenance, service, and repair of Larsen & Brusgaard (LB) Altimeters.

The service and maintenance of the LB ALTITRACK 2 shall include, but not limited to, the diagnostics, battery replacement, battery cover inspection (replacement if necessary), side button cover inspection (replacement if necessary), replacement of worn out sealings, software updates if version number and PCB version allows, calibration, waterproof testing, final functional testing (flight performance in test chamber. Additional repairs not covered under the LB ALTITRACK 2 service and maintenance are replacement of broken OLED, replacement of broken LED display, replacement of OLED glass frame, replacement of broken LCD frame, replacement of broken top glass, replacement of broken top ring, replacement of broken rear LCD, replacement of scale and pointer, replacement of complete circuit board, replacement of motor, replacement of casing, and replacement of wrist/hand/arm mount. Performance of routine maintenance is typically performed in 2 – 3 weeks but can take up to 6 weeks during peak periods.
