The 144FW is acquiring a motorized trailer puller to support aircraft maintenance. A Cart Caddy or equivalent is requested. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is intended to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The 144FW intends to award without negotiations, so offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response.

This requirement is being solicited as 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 333924 and the Small Business size standard is 900 employees. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov.

Offerors shall respond to this RFQ via email. All quotes must be sent to both Master Sergeant Jarrod Sanchez at jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil and the Contracting inbox at 144.FW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil before the due date and time specified. Any quote, modification, or revision of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is late and will not be considered.

Evaluation: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement, (ii) Price. Technical acceptance is significantly more important than cost or price.

Notice to Offerors: The Government reserves the right to amend or cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Submitted offers shall be valid until September 30, 2023.
