Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic intends to sole source a contract for the commercial purchase for DoD Noise Modeling Training & Noise Training Materials from Blue Ridge Research and Consulting, LLC, a small business under the applicable NAICS. The contract term will be for one year. Only one responsible source is able to provide the type of service that will satisfy the agency requirements. This sole source acquisition meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements should contact Brandi Upton at brandi.j.upton.civ@us.navy.mil. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer.
