Solicitation W911SA-23-Q-3089 will be issued on Thursday, 18 May 2023, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for shower trailer, laundry trailer, and material handling equipment rental services at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. The performance period is 1 July 2023 to 4 August 2023.

Quotes shall be emailed to melissa.t.larson.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes.

Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
