- A question asked by a contractor is currently awaiting clarification from the technical team. The quote due date has been extended to Thursday, 1 June 2023.

- In reference to paragraph "1.3.2 Materials" of the attached Purchase Description (PD) Aluminum is not an acceptable material for to use in the construction of the case body and covers.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FA857123Q0086.

This requirement will be a 100% small business set-aside.

This requirement is being solicited as a small business set aside under NAICS 332439 with size standard of 600 employees.

The Contractor shall provide to the 802d MXSS/MXDCA, 402 Maintenance Support Group (MXSG), Robins Air Force Base with four (4) operating cases for the MCF PATEC. The case shall permit the installation of a variety of rack mount configured equipment and drawers. The equipment shall be operated while installed in the case with the covers removed. With the covers installed, the case shall provide environmental protection for the enclosed equipment.

The operating case described herein shall be Brand Name or equal to the following:
ECS P/N 00112306 Qty 4
ECS P/N 00112307 Qty 4
