The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) New Orleans District has the following requirement:

NOTE: THIS IS A SYNOPSIS, NOT A SOLICITATION. SPECIFICATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME; THEREFORE, NO QUESTIONS OF A TECHNICAL OR CONTRACTUAL NATURE WILL BE ACCEPTED OR ANSWERED UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS ISSUED. INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SYNOPSIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE

This solicitation, W912P823B0051, will be issued as Invitation for Bid (IFB) and resulting in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be issued on or about 3rd quarter 2023 (30 June 2023). Actual issue date and anticipated bid opening will be shown when the solicitation is issued.

The work consists of clearing and grubbing, excavation, embankment construction, installation of vertical wick and horizontal strip drains, placement of geotextile, concrete work, construction of a T-wall at pipeline corridor, ramp and culvert installations, turf establishment and other incidental work.This work is located in the vicinity of Laplace, LA. of St. John the Baptist Parish.

The estimated value of this work is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
