NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 334516. Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL/PZLEQ), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, contemplates awarding a sole source purchase order as authorized by 10 USC 3572, Implementation of Simplified Acquisition Procedures (41 USC 1901), as implemented by FAR 13.5, DFARS 213.5, and AFFARS 5313.5 (incorporating AFFARS 5306.304) to Thermo Fisher Scientific. Please see the attachments to this notice for additional details. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government for the competition of this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
