The Government intends to award a sole source contract utilizing “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements” IAW FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii).

To provide all labor, travel, parts, materials, transportation, equipment, tools and supplies to deliver two (2) Preventive Maintenance visits per year and Emergency Maintenance as needed on the equipment listed below at the DCF and WCF:

Anticipated Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation will not be posted. To be considered, responses MUST be received NO LATER THAN 9:00 AM EST, May 26, 2023. Additionally, interested sources must be registered and currently active in the System for Award Management (SAM), found at https://www.sam.gov.
