SPECIAL NOTICE

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing a Special Notice regarding a Pre-Bid walk for the OKC ARSR Facility upgrade project in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. A Site Visit is being scheduled for June 1, 2023 at 12 pm local time. Please provide a list of attendees to Jason.A.Fox@faa.gov & Janice.Hamonds@faa.gov if you will be attending. This Pre-Bid walk will be to review the requirement to perform building renovations along with site improvements, in support of the Federal Aviation Administration.

Contractors must be properly registered in the Government System for Award Management database (SAM.gov).

This Special Notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP) and it should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the government. The US Government is in no way liable to pay for or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to the announcement. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is voluntary.

BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SPECIAL NOTICE, THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE PROCURED THROUGH SMALL AND DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS COMPETITION IN THE FUTURE. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
