Maintenance – 2-Way Radios

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC), Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Electronic Center Inc., EIN Number EBQAAJKSPA43, for maintenance agreement as required by the Gallup Indian Medical Center located in Gallup, New Mexico. Award will be for a base period of one (1) year from the date of award.

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), Electronic Center is uniquely qualified to provide the required services for maintenance of the 2-way radios being leased, to ensure there is no interruption in services that could have a negative impact on direct patient care as securities, nurses, doctors, etc. carry a radio.

This includes maintenance and technical reprogramming and replacement/repair according to the warranty coverage directives.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Gallup Indian Medical Center is negotiating a sole source award.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
