The enclosed RFQ is to provide support for the Office of Personnel Management, Office of the Inspector General. The Government is issuing a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

1. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number 24362523Q0021. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-03 (Apr 2023)
2. This Request for Quote is released under FULL AND OPEN Competition Procedures under NAICS Code 513210 – Software Publishers. The small business size standard is $47M.

3. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of an off the shelf audit software program that includes risk-based auditing, resource scheduling, electronic work-paper management, audit issue tracking, audit committee reporting, and time and expense reporting in accordance with the Statement of Work.

Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to Kerry Ann Nakouye (Kerryann.Nakouye@Opm.gov) on or before the RFQ closing date of June 12, 2023, 10:00AM TIME Eastern Standard Time. There is a 5 MB limit for all electronic submissions via e-mail.
