The Government intends to award Multiple Award Time & Materials (T&M) contract and shall be for one (1) Base Period of 12 months with four (4) 12-month option periods.

The options may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This solicitation is being issued as 100% total small business set-aside.

Description of Requirement: The Office of Apprenticeship (OA) within the Department of Labor’s (the Department) Employment and Training Administration (ETA) Office of Apprenticeship (OA) proposes to award multiple contracts to Industry Intermediaries to promote the development, launch, and expansion of Registered Apprenticeship (RA) program opportunities in emerging industries that have not traditionally used RA to address talent and occupational needs. Given the challenges related to expansion of RA in emerging industries, this Request for Proposal (RFP) will target awards to Intermediaries with the capacity and expertise.
