The Government intends to award Multiple Award Time & Materials (T&M) contract and shall be for one (1) Base Period of 12 months with four (4) 12-month option periods.

The options may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This solicitation is being issued as 100% total small business set-aside.

Description of Requirement: The Office of Apprenticeship (OA) within the Department of Labor’s (the Department) Employment proposes to award multiple contracts to Industry Intermediaries to work within established industries with an existing Registered
Apprenticeship (RA) presence and the demand/capacity to accelerate and scale further growth and expansion to quality RA for all
workers. Industry Intermediaries will also demonstrate a clear commitment to promoting greater equity in RA and partnering with
organizations to leverage proven strategies such as pre-apprenticeship linkages and access to supportive services. Given the success of established RA Intermediary / RA program models in established industries.
