This is a formal request for quotation from Procurement.

1. Qty 2 - Bent cylindrical crystal analyser Si(533)
2. Curvature radius: 250 ± 2 mm
3. Wafer thickness: 150-180 microns
4. Glass substrate curvature radius: 250 mm ± 3 mm
5. Glass substrate dimension 110 mm x 25 mm and 10 mm thick in the centre
6. Wafer dimensions: ~100 mm x 25 mm (cut form a 4” wafer – see below)

Source selection will be based on Lowest Priced and Technically Acceptable Method (LPTA).

Technical evaluation criteria are as follows:
