The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Division in support of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Coy Laboratory Products, Inc., located at 14500 Coy Drive, Grass Lake, MI 49240-9207, under the authority as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

The requirement is for the purchase of an oxygen-controlled glove box with customized fittings and a custom size. Coy Laboratory Products Inc is the only known vendor that has been characterized with the highly physiologically relevant organoid models currently utilized. These cells are very sensitive to changes in culture conditions, and having the appropriate equipment that is capable of providing precise and specific atmospheric/environmental control is vital to culturing cells and conducting experiments for mission-specific objectives.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334516 and the size standard is 1,000 employees.
