The New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) has a requirement for 2 temperature controlled steel storage containers, with the below specifications.

• 20’ (length) x 8’ (width) x 10’ (height). Dimensions are rounded up.
• Must be portable using military equipment such as forklift or Rough Terrain Container Handler.
• Material – Steel exterior.
• Interior will include R13 insulation and plywood walls/floors/ceiling with 2 x 4 studs. Floors must be able to support shelving with heavy items.
• LED lighting mounted to ceilings.
• 12,000 Btu Air Conditioner/Heater all in one unit to control temperature during winter/summer months.

Electrical System

• 240V plug 60 Amp (3 pole) and a 10ft cables that will run from the containers to a 240v receptacle mounted on building. This will power the indoor 12,000 Btu Air Conditioner/Heater so an opening must be cut in the steel to get power from outside to inside.
• 110 V power receptacle inside containers and all necessary outdoor receptacles to get 110V from building to container.
• Electrical wiring and switches for LED lighting.

The basis of award is the lowest price that meets the requirements of the attached RFQ.

This is a total small business set-aside.

All perspective vendors must have an active registration in SAM.gov to be considered for this requirement.

If your company is awarded this contract, you will be required to invoice through WAWF upon completion.
