The VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), 10 Casia St, San Juan, PR 00921, has a requirement for annual Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) services in its critical areas (e.g., isolation rooms, operating rooms, etc.). These services shall be provided at the VACHS main facility, as well as its Mayaguez Out-patient Clinic (MOPC). The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, materials, equipment, and services necessary to conduct the services mentioned above. The technician providing such services must be certified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB). North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement will be 223220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors), and the Product Service Code (PSC) will be J041 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Air Circulating Equipment). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement with sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This is not a solicitation.
