This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or intent to issue a RFQ in the future. This Sources Sought does not commit the Government to contract for any service whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Background

The 773d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron is seeking potential sources that can provide subscription access to the U.S. Air Force Libraries that offers a peer reviewed scholarly publications on an electronic platform with gateway access to the below publications. The product characteristics are listed below:

1. 1. 1. 1. Must be able to provide full text online access to the following journals: Journal of Atmospheric and Solar-Terrestrial Physics Planetary and Space Science
         2. The online database must be a part of a larger scholarly portfolio that supports the database and can be searched in conjunction with the other resources.
         3. Must be able to meet the technical and security requirement for access to DAF Weather Agency (557 WW) systems.

Requested Information

Vendors responding shall specify that they can meet the requirement and provide detailed company information to show clear technical capability. Please provide the following information:

• Company Name, Address, UEI and CAGE
• Identification of business size and whether currently designated as a small business and the appropriate categories (small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a), service-disabled veteran-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, woman-owned small business, HUB zone, minority-owned, etc.)
