This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This is a request for available commercial contractors that can supply to Red River Army Depot (RRAD), water filters described below which will be used in the mission to overhaul and repair road wheels for the U.S. Armys continuous track vehicles. The refurbishment of road wheels includes inspection, removal of old rubber (rubber denuding), metal cleaning, application of metal-to-rubber adhesive, vulcanization of new rubber onto the road wheels, and final painting.

This solicitation is to determine interested parties that can supply this filter type:

Roll Media, Rayon/Polyester Carded Blend, 1.50 oz., 10 micron nominal,

40.00" wide x 100 yards, 3" I.D. cardboard core

Quantities will be determined as needed.

No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Solicitation or any follow-up information requests.

The purpose of this synopsis is to:
1. Gain knowledge of interest the availability of this filter type from various members of Small and Large Business Community to include 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB-Zone), and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
